(Hopefully this pic doesn’t upset anyone… I feel for the hummingbird as I do adore them, but nature will be nature!)I find the fact that creatures such as mantises and spiders can capture birds- especially ones larger than them- quite impressive! One usually thinks of birds having the upper-hand in this match-up but this mantis certainly proves that isn’t always correct.
